Since opening in 2005 we became known for our sumptuous and authentic Italian cuisine influenced by the Swiss Canton of Ticino bordering Italy. We aim to be among the best Italian restaurants in Pattaya and thrive to please with passion and dedication.
Our Swiss Chef and his kitchen team take professional pride in cooking everything according to the original recipes with non-substituted ingredients. Hence you will find Italian specialities such as Coniglio (Rabbit ragout) with Polenta, Ossobuco (simmered veal shank), Saltimbocca Romana (veal tenderloin), Risotti Porcini or Zafferano. There are also various Lamb interpretations, Beef Tenderloin delights as well as imported seafood.
Arguably we home bake Pattaya’s thinnest pizze and pride ourselves with homemade filled or flat pasta, gnocchi – as authentic as our homemade desserts.
